We specialize in the creation of bespoke garden rooms, offices and studios.
We offer a friendly, economic, clean and reliable service to minimize disruption to you.
Every Green Space Room is bespoke and constructed using Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPS) and Light Gauge Steel (LGS) technology. Our well-built structures have a tighter building envelope and higher insulating properties. This means they are highly energy efficient with reduced operating costs and a lower carbon footprint.
Construction time can be reduced compared to a traditional timber frame building because SIPs work as framing, insulation and exterior sheathing, and come pre-cut from the factory to meet the needs of each individual building project. This also means fewer tradesmen are required on site.
We use LGS framing for the floor and roof panels. The fully galvanised panels offer a lifetime protection from the elements but are lightweight and incredibly strong and durable.
Green Space rooms are insulated to the highest level to maintain a high thermal performance. We use SIPS panels as part of the multi-layered construction, providing a typical maximum structural life span of 60 years.
Our roofs use a high performance single ply membrane system by Danosa
that is both environmentally friendly and long lasting, representing a major advancement in waterproofing technology. It comes ready to accommodate our optional Sedum roofs that improve insulation and create extra green space whilst looking great.
Our garden rooms are designed to comply with permitted development guidelines to avoid the need for planning permission where required, eliminating this often lengthy and expensive process.
Our average build time is 10 -15 working days and our aim is to cause minimal disruption when carrying out each project.
Green Space Rooms will be completed much quicker and cheaper than a regular home extension, giving you that essential space needed. They also give better flexibility not needing to be attached to your existing structure and can be a great addition to your current dwelling, plus adding value to your property.
